Four Golden Rules for Beautiful Skin

I spent a many years trying to fix my skin and for a long time, it seemed like the more I tried to do, the worse it got. In hindsight, I really should have been smarter and gentler with my approach. If I had known the things I know now when my skin started to break out, it probably would have gotten better a lot faster.

But, such is life.

Instead, I have a great opportunity to pass on what I've learned. I would like to share the following four golden rules for how to choose products to use on your skin to make it beautiful. These are the four checkpoints that always cross my mind before I even think about buying a new product. To date, abiding by these four rules has been the smartest thing I've done for my skin.

  1. Less is more

  2. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it

  3. Ingredients are the only thing that matter

  4. Always look for product reviews

If someone told me these rules at the peak of my skin’s nastiness or even before I started using any skin care products, I would have saved myself a lot of embarrassment, emotional distress, time, and money.

I hope these rules will serve you as well as they have served me.
