Question: How can I make my moisturizer less sticky?

Answer:

1)    Use less moisturizer. If you glob on too much, excess moisturizer will just sit on your skin.

2)    Apply with a cotton ball. This is a tip I got from one of my friend’s who works at a Shiseido counter. It actually does make the moisturizer feel a whole lot less sticky but the only thing is, you waste a lot of product.

The weather can also exacerbate the stickiness of moisturizers. So some may feel stickier in the summer compared to the winter. In the summer, if the humidity makes a moisturizer feel too sticky, you can spray your face with some thermal water and then gently blot with a tissue.
